Job Description (JD) :
1. Contribute to the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand equity.
2. Manage the company website and corporate/marketing communications with all stakeholders.
3. Generate qualified leads and maximize ROI for residential and commercial projects through aggregators using Google and other platforms.
4. Oversee coordination with PR agencies, creative agencies, digital partners, and media vendors to design impactful campaigns across print, digital, outdoor, and events; ensure adherence to brand guidelines and timelines.
5. Analyze market dynamics, competitor activities, customer insights, and campaign performance metrics to optimize budget allocation and continuously refine marketing tactics.
6. Manage end-to-end event planning and execution for project launches, roadshows, partner meets, and customer engagement initiatives to boost visibility and lead conversions.
7. Prepare detailed dashboards and periodic MIS reports on campaign KPIs, lead-funnel status, engagement metrics, and marketing ROI for senior management review and strategy alignment.
8. Ensure compliance with RERA marketing guidelines, corporate branding policies, and ethical standards in all customer communications and promotional activities.
