Job Description (JD) :

1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve booking, revenue generation targets for assigned residential & Commercial projects.

2. Drive site visits, customer meetings, negotiations and deal closures; ensure high conversion from lead to booking.

3. Generate business through channel partners, brokers, property consultants and corporate tie ups; identify, empanel and nurture productive relationships.

4. Lead, mentor and manage a team of sales executives; set targets, monitor performance and conduct regular reviews.

5. Coordinate with Marketing for campaigns, digital leads, events and marketing activities; provide market feedback for better positioning.

6. Track market trends, competitor projects, pricing strategies, and promotional schemes in Gurugram micro-markets; analyze data to recommend optimal pricing models, incentive structures, and sales schemes accordingly.

7. Ensure comprehensive and systematic documentation including application forms, allotment letters, legal agreements, and payment schedules in close coordination with the CRM team to maintain compliance and audit readiness.

8. Monitor receivables and coordinate with CRM for effective recovery of dues during pre-possession and post-possession phases, ensuring timely cash flow and minimizing defaults.

9. Prepare detailed weekly and monthly MIS reports on lead generation, site visits, booking conversions, cancellations, inventory health, and sales funnel metrics to support strategic management decision-making.

10. Ensure strict adherence to RERA regulations, company SOPs, ethical sales standards, and all relevant statutory and governance frameworks in all sales communications and documentation.

Experience: fresher or candidates with 1-4 years of experience in sales, real estate or customer-facing roles considered

Job Description (JD) :

1. Assist the sales team in lead generation, follow-up, and nurturing prospective leads.

2. Coordinate and schedule site visits and customer meetings under supervision.

3. Support the preparation and submission of application forms, allotment letters, and other sales documentation.

4. Contribute to achieving monthly site visit, booking, and revenue targets.

5. Liaise with channel partners and property consultants to generate enquiries and develop business pipeline.

6. Help coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional events; actively participate in site events and walk-ins.

7. Provide regular reports and updates on leads, site visits, and sales progress to senior sales management.

8. Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical sales practices, and regulatory guidelines including RERA.

Experience: 6–10 years of experience in strategic marketing, brand management, and digital campaign execution, preferably in real estate

Preferred Industry : Real Estate

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/ journalism, Business, or related field; MBA preferred

Skills : Skilled in data-driven marketing using analytics, CRM, SEO/SEM, Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, Proficient in market research, competitor analysis and customer segmentation and digital ad platforms.

Job Description (JD) :

1. Contribute to the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand equity.

2. Manage the company website and corporate/marketing communications with all stakeholders.

3. Generate qualified leads and maximize ROI for residential and commercial projects through aggregators using Google and other platforms.

4. Oversee coordination with PR agencies, creative agencies, digital partners, and media vendors to design impactful campaigns across print, digital, outdoor, and events; ensure adherence to brand guidelines and timelines.

5. Analyze market dynamics, competitor activities, customer insights, and campaign performance metrics to optimize budget allocation and continuously refine marketing tactics.

6. Manage end-to-end event planning and execution for project launches, roadshows, partner meets, and customer engagement initiatives to boost visibility and lead conversions.

7. Prepare detailed dashboards and periodic MIS reports on campaign KPIs, lead-funnel status, engagement metrics, and marketing ROI for senior management review and strategy alignment.

8. Ensure compliance with RERA marketing guidelines, corporate branding policies, and ethical standards in all customer communications and promotional activities.
